Pretty Pointsettia

I have a lot of these cards to make. Each one will be holding a Starbucks gift card.  I love making cards that use non-traditional colors.

The image is from Peaceful Pointsettias. I added more teeny tiny pearls in the middle of the flower.

More Gift Card Holders

I made these gift card holders for some of my relatives. They always come to my children's birthday parties and give them nice gifts. So, during Christmas, I try to give them something as a "thank you" for being so generous to my kids.

Here's a close-up of each card. This one showcases the cute gingerbread man from Holiday Button Bits.

Here's what the gift card holder looks like when the band it removed. The middle panel holds the gift card in place.

This one uses one of the beautiful ornament from Vintage Ornaments. I should have taken a close-up picture of the teeny tiny pearls on the ornament.
Enjoy!

Timless Template: Cash or Charge

This is one of my favorite Timeless Templates. It's one of the Cash or Charge Collection. It's so easy to put together and is such a great way to present a gift card.

Here's a picture of the inside. This template really holds the card securely. I added a small piece to the bottom of the case to make sure I don't lose the card. My kids still have to write their note to their teacher. Once they do so on a white piece of paper, I'm going to tape it to the inside cover.

Christmas Totes with Matching Gift Card Purses

I decided to get an early start on Christmas gifts this year. I am going to give my kids' teachers gift cards for Christmas. I wanted to present it in a way that made them say "wow". I found a tutorial on how to make this tote bag on Splitcoast Stampers. You have to be a Fan member to have access to it.

Here's a close-up of the "stitching" that I drew with my white gel pen.

I made a matching "purse" to hold the actual gift card.  It also holds the greeting card. I stamped a sentiment on it, but you can leave it blank and write your own note in it.

Here's another sample. I like how the black pops out at you.

Here's the matching purse.

Hope you enjoyed the samples.
